As long as we have any connection with this material world, astrology is very helpful. I use astrology every day in my work with students, and also to see the best timing for my activities. Sastra confirms:

The impersonal philosophy is a cheating business for people who are envious of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. If everyone is god, then we can do whatever we want, and there are no consequences. Being god means never having to say you're sorry. Thus all moral standards break down, and society becomes an all-out animalistic competition for sense gratification. That is not very intelligent.

Before the collapse of the Vedic Empire after the departure of Lord Krsna from this world, not only Egypt but the whole world was under the Vedic authority. When Krsna left, the Vedic technology suddenly stopped working, and because their advanced weapons no longer functioned, the Vedic dynasty gradually lost control of most of the planet.

Coming to Chile requires a personal exchange and relationship. We are not a tourist resort; we want to know that you are sincere and making good advancement before we would want to be alone in the jungle with someone. You must be stable, otherwise you will freak out. We will be practicing on a very high platform, and without making some serious advancement now, it will be very difficult to meet the standard of practice in the retreat.

The nature of transcendental knowledge is that, like everything truly spiritual, it is completely subjective and unmanifest. In a material world where everyone is conditioned practically from birth to accept the reality only of material objects and events that can be verified by the senses, there is a strong bias against inner subjective experience. After all, "It's only in your mind."

The Vedic culture is historical, not mythic. It is universal not ethnic because it is eternal, and scientific because it is solidly based on unconditional Absolute Truth. Any objective observer can confirm and verify it by experimenting on his own consciousness.

Any bona fide mantra contains the Holy Name of the Lord.

"Śrīla Jīva Gosvāmī instructs that chanting of the holy name of the Lord should be loudly done, and it should be performed offenselessly as well, as recommended in the Padma Purāṇa. One can deliver himself from the effects of all sins by surrendering himself unto the Lord. One can deliver himself from all offenses at the feet of the Lord by taking shelter of His holy name.

I always had the strong motivation to find the spiritual truth. I searched for many years and finally found my guru Srila Prabhupada. Actually the 2012 subject is very new, even to most of my students. However I have been doing research into the Mayan, Aztec and Vedic calendars and connected prophecies for quite some time now, and just made that research public in the video series.
